Our Annual Summit 2025 brought Muheel’s key team members together to review enterprise performance, celebrate our 2025 achievements, define our forward strategy, and recognize top talent. In principle, 2025 was a fantastic year, one where successes strengthened our confidence, challenges built our resilience, and setbacks brought valuable lessons and wisdom, all empowering us to strive for even greater heights.

For Muheel Facilities Management, 2024 was a Year of Introspection — a time to pause, reflect, and reassess. In 2025, we stepped decisively into our Year of Transformation — strengthening systems, sharpening execution, and elevating accountability across the organization. The journey is well underway.

As we look ahead, 2026 will be our Year of Excellence — raising the bar further while embedding transformation into sustainable operational and service excellence, as we advance toward our aspiration of becoming a best-in-class facilities management company.

جمع مؤتمرنا السنوي 2025 نخبة من قيادات وفِرق مهيل لمراجعة أداء الشركة على مستوى المؤسسة، والاحتفاء بإنجازاتنا لعام 2025، وتحديد ملامح استراتيجيتنا المستقبلية، وتكريم الكفاءات المتميزة. كان عام 2025 عامًا استثنائيًا بكل المقاييس؛ عزّزت فيه النجاحات ثقتنا، وصقلت التحديات قدرتنا على الصمود، وجلبت لنا العثرات دروسًا قيّمة وحكمة أعمق، دفعتنا جميعًا إلى السعي نحو آفاق أعلى.

بالنسبة لمهيل، كان عام 2024 عام المراجعة والتأمل — محطة للتوقف وإعادة التفكير وتقييم المسار. وفي عام 2025، دخلنا بثبات عام التحوّل — من خلال تعزيز الأنظمة، وتحسين جودة التنفيذ، ورفع مستوى المساءلة عبر مختلف قطاعات الشركة. ولا تزال هذه الرحلة تمضي قدمًا بثقة وثبات.

ومع تطلعنا إلى المستقبل، سيكون عام 2026 عام التميّز — نرفع فيه سقف الطموحات أكثر، ونرسّخ التحوّل في منظومة تميّز تشغيلي وخدمي مستدام، بينما نواصل تقدمنا نحو تحقيق رؤيتنا بأن نكون شركة رائدة على مستوى فئتها في إدارة المرافق.

وقد تم خلال المؤتمر استعراض خارطة طريق واضحة للنجاح، وحّدَت فرقنا حول أولويات استراتيجية محددة، ومخرجات قابلة للقياس، ونهج تنفيذي منضبط.
