Muheel Partners With Austrian Company to Digitise FM Operations in Saudi Arabia

Muheel Facilities Management teams up with Austrian tech firm ToolSense to drive digital transformation and enhance asset efficiency

Muheel Facilities Management, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading integrated FM providers, has entered a strategic partnership with Austrian technology firm ToolSense to digitally transform its asset and operations management processes. The agreement marks a major milestone in Muheel’s digitalisation efforts, aligning closely with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The partnership was formalised during a signing ceremony held in Riyadh on May 6, 2025. Through this collaboration, Muheel will deploy ToolSense’s advanced asset management platform to enable real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and full digitalisation of maintenance, repair, and operations workflows.

How this works for Muheel and ToolSense?

According to Muheel, the new technology will streamline internal processes, reduce unplanned equipment downtime, and extend the life of critical infrastructure—delivering greater efficiency, cost savings, and improved service outcomes. The system will also allow clients to proactively manage their assets with continuous performance insights, enhancing transparency and operational reliability.
