Nov 26, 2025
We are proud to be named among "The 2025 FM Power List" that highlights the region's top 50 FM companies that kept the Middle East's built environment running, rising, and resilient.
27. MUHEEL FM

Muheel emerged as one of the industry’s standout performers in 2025, with 94% client retention, double-digit revenue and profitability growth, accelerated technology adoption, and a series of industry accolades.
“Muheel FM’s performance reflects the effectiveness of our forward-looking operational model, which blends value-driven facilities management with technology-enabled service delivery,” says Acting CEO Muhammad Irfan Khokhar. “While we are proud of the progress made, we maintain a grounded approach to continuous improvement. By embedding sustainability and lifecycle-focused strategies, we not only optimise resources and costs and extend asset longevity, but also create safe and efficient environments.”
Within the King Abdullah Financial District, the company successfully renewed its contract to deliver integrated facilities management services for one of the Kingdom’s leading energy sector organisations, while also securing multi-year TFM agreements for a five-star Red Sea resort and high-end residential compounds in Riyadh and Jeddah. The company has further expanded its footprint by assuming responsibility for a sensitive financial services facility.
The company is set to deliver comprehensive FM solutions for several of Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects, internationally backed investment developments, and healthcare facilities, supported by smart technology and sustainability initiatives.
Muheel is also engaged at a strategic level with leading real estate developers to provide FM Managing Agent and Total Facilities Management solutions across mixed-use, vertical, and horizontal community portfolios. Its expansion into energy management and smart-city services further highlights the company’s commitment to technology-driven, data-led operational excellence.
“The largest opportunity for Muheel in 2026 lies in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 giga-projects and other landmark developments, which require trusted FM partners capable of delivering sophisticated, integrated solutions,” Khokhar adds. “Also, sustaining growth while managing workforce localisation and maintaining specialised skills across an expanding portfolio is a core challenge.”
To address this, Muheel has launched its USTAD training platform, partnered with technical institutes, and collaborated with PIF on the AZM program to nurture national talent and prepare the workforce for long-term careers in FM.
