The appointment expands Muheel’s role beyond traditional facilities management, entrusting the company with the integrated operation and management of a luxury hospitality destination spanning 100,000 sqm and comprising a five-star hotel, private chalets, villas, and supporting infrastructure.
In a major step forward for its hospitality and tourism portfolio, Muheel Facilities Management has been appointed to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of a world-class luxury resort destination along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.
The appointment marks a significant milestone in Muheel’s strategic growth, expanding its role beyond traditional facilities management into full operational management of world-class hospitality assets. Under the agreement, Muheel will be responsible for the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and management of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
The luxury destination comprises more than 200 guest rooms and suites, together with approximately 66 private chalets and villas, making it one of the most significant hospitality assets in the region. The scope encompasses hard and soft facilities management services, engineering and maintenance operations, housekeeping support, public area management, environmental services, asset preservation, health and safety compliance, and day-to-day operational oversight.
The contract, awarded under a multi-year framework with extension options, reflects Muheel’s growing reputation as a trusted partner capable of delivering integrated operational solutions for complex, high-profile destinations. The engagement further strengthens the company’s presence within Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding tourism and hospitality sector, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives and the development of world-class destinations.
