Muheel Facilities Management is proud to announce that our Acting CEO, M. Irfan Khokhar, has been invited as a keynote speaker at the 8th Edition of the Smart Built Environment Forum KSA Edition 2025.
With over 17 years of industry experience, Irfan brings a wealth of expertise across Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, and Aviation. His leadership journey spans key functions including operations, transition, business development, commercial strategy, supply chain, and finance—shaped through senior roles at leading Tier 1 FM organizations.
Throughout his career, Irfan has contributed to major EPC projects, including four Independent Power Plants valued at over $800 million and a large-scale water treatment facility across the MENASA region. He has played a pivotal role in delivering complex FM lifecycles, from developing FM strategies for major infrastructure assets such as seaports, to overseeing the mobilization of four international airports valued at SAR 700 million, and managing the transition of more than 5,000 facilities under a single FMMA contract.
Under his leadership, Muheel continues to strengthen its position as a leading IFM provider in the region, delivering integrated, value-driven services across more than 45 service lines. His keynote will reflect Muheel’s vision of creating better places to work and live, while supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the ongoing transformation of the built environment sector.
Muheel looks forward to contributing to meaningful discussions at the forum and sharing insights that will help shape the future of facilities management in the Kingdom and beyond.
