Muheel Facilities Management is proud to announce the participation of Acting CEO, M. Irfan Khokhar, in the IFMA Roundtable on Base Building Maintenance (BBM) held in The Hague, Netherlands.
The exclusive roundtable brought together a select group of global facilities management leaders, industry experts, and members of the IFMA Executive Committee to validate emerging research on Base Building Maintenance, including its definition, scope, delivery models, and performance measurement frameworks.
The discussions built upon previous IFMA workshops and explored how BBM contributes to organizational performance, resilience, safety, and long-term asset value. Participants exchanged perspectives on service scope standardization, performance KPIs, governance models, and opportunities to establish future industry benchmarks.
Reflecting Muheel's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, Irfan contributed insights drawn from Saudi Arabia's rapidly evolving facilities management landscape and the Kingdom's Vision 2030 transformation agenda.
