Muheel Facilities Management Secures Framework Agreement for Diriyah Task Force Commissioning Services

Appointment Strengthens Muheel's Position as a Trusted Partner in Building Readiness, Testing & Commissioning, and Operational Handover Across One of Saudi Arabia's Most Ambitious Developments


Muheel Facilities Management is pleased to announce the award of a framework agreement to provide Task Force Commissioning Services across multiple assets within the Diriyah development, one of the Kingdom's most iconic heritage, cultural, and lifestyle destinations.

 

Under the agreement, Muheel will support the transition of newly completed assets from construction to operations by delivering specialized commissioning and operational readiness services. The scope includes witnessing testing and commissioning activities, conducting building condition assessments, reviewing as-built documentation, identifying and managing snagging and de-snagging activities, supporting training and handover processes, and ensuring facilities are fully prepared for operational occupancy.

 

The appointment builds on Muheel's growing expertise in commissioning, transition management, and operational readiness, services that have become increasingly critical as Saudi Arabia accelerates the delivery of world-class developments under Vision 2030.

 

Diriyah's Transition Management function currently oversees a diverse portfolio of landmark projects, including hospitality, cultural, mixed-use, infrastructure, and public realm developments. Through this framework agreement, Muheel will play a key role in ensuring that assets are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational requirements prior to occupancy and public use.
