Representing participating employers, Muheel CEO Muhammad Irfan Khokhar highlights the role of young Saudi professionals in shaping the Kingdom’s future at the landmark AZM Academy graduation.
Muheel Facilities Management proudly celebrated the graduation of its first participants from AZM Academy, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued commitment to developing Saudi talent and creating meaningful career pathways for the next generation of professionals.
The graduation ceremony brought together graduates, participating employers and key stakeholders to celebrate the Academy’s first graduating cohort. Muheel CEO Muhammad Irfan Khokhar attended the ceremony and delivered remarks on behalf of the participating employers, congratulating the graduates and highlighting the important role young Saudi professionals will play in shaping the Kingdom’s future.
Speaking to the graduates, he reflected on the scale of transformation taking place across Saudi Arabia and the opportunities this creates for emerging talent:
“The Kingdom is building its future, and it will need people like you to operate it, protect it, improve it — and eventually lead it.”
The AZM Academy initiative, supported by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and ROSHN Group, provides young Saudi talent with structured learning and development opportunities designed to strengthen their capabilities and prepare them for meaningful roles within the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving economy.
For Muheel, participation in the program represents part of a broader commitment to national talent development. As Saudi Arabia continues to invest in world-class destinations, communities, infrastructure and real estate, the facilities management industry will require a new generation of professionals equipped with the technical knowledge, leadership capabilities and operational mindset needed to manage these assets throughout their lifecycle.
